Pickled Green Beans

Directions:

Boil green beans until tender-crisp, place in a bowl. Combine all other ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Pour over beans, cover bowl and let marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours.

Ingredients:

  • 2 c green beans
  • 2 c water
  • 2 c cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp dill seed, crushed
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
