Directions:
Preheat grill. Brush zucchini with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides of zucchini with herbs and spices. Grill until zucchini is tender, about 4 minutes per side.

- 3 large green or yellow zucchini, cut into 1/2″ thick planks
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper
